Class Cancellation Policy

1. All classes require at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
2. Classes canceled or rescheduled more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time will be automatically refunded.
3. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 12 hours before class will result in the loss of that class. No refunds or credits will be issued.

Arrival Time

1. Our studio doors open 10 minutes before class begins.
2. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to get settled and ready for class.

Late Arrival Policy

1. Doors lock promptly at the scheduled class start time.
2. No late entry is permitted under any circumstances. This policy helps ensure the safety of our clients, minimizes disruptions, and allows everyone to enjoy the full class experience.

Studio Assistance

1. Pilates by Siren Curves does not have a front desk or receptionist on-site during classes.
